01 CONSULTATION & BOOKING

Our journey together begins with a consultation—whether it's a quick phone call or a relaxed chat over coffee. As someone who will be with you throughout one of the most important days of your life, it's essential that we connect and ensure we're a great fit. This step allows us to get to know each other, discuss your vision, and ensure your wedding photography experience feels as seamless and special as your big day deserves.

02 WELCOME GUIDE

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive your exclusive Wedding Welcome Guide via email. This guide is designed to ensure your wedding photography experience is as seamless and personalized as possible. It includes:

A questionnaire to get to know you and your partner better
Detailed questions about your wedding and your vision
A timeline planning guide
Vendor referrals
An engagement session guide
Access to an online style guide for exclusive outfit planning assistance
Album details
And so much more!

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, we’ll schedule an in-person or phone consultation to dive into the details. Together, we’ll craft a personalized shot list and finalize the key moments to be captured on your big day.

03 ENGAGEMENT SESSION

The engagement session is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other better while you and your partner enjoy a fun and relaxed date together. This session can be scheduled well in advance of your wedding, allowing you to use the photos for your save-the-dates, invitations, or other wedding details. Or, it can simply be a special experience for the two of you to create and cherish beautiful memories. Your engagement session should be a true reflection of your personalities, style, and story. Dreaming of a modern city date night? An adventurous mountain escape? A romantic ferry ride or a classic car getaway? Let’s bring your vision to life and create unforgettable memories that celebrate your love in a way that feels uniquely you.

04 PLANNING

With over a decade of experience in the wedding industry and the privilege of being part of hundreds of weddings, I bring a well-rounded understanding of all the details that make a wedding truly unforgettable. My background spans catering, event coordination, and more, giving me the expertise to assist you beyond photography.
As you plan your big day, I’m here to answer any questions, provide vendor referrals, refine timeline details, and collaborate seamlessly with your event planner to ensure everything runs smoothly.
About a month before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final in-person meeting or phone call to review all the details. During this time, we’ll finalize your shot list, discuss any special photo requests, and ensure that your day is captured exactly as you envision it.

05 WEDDING DAY & GALLERY DELIVERY

The big day is here, and I’m just as excited as you are! I arrive at least 30–45 minutes before our scheduled photography start time to check in with you and your planner and to ensure everything is set up and ready before shooting begins.
To make sure no moment is missed, I’m always prepared with backup equipment and flexible with timeframes to adapt to how your day unfolds.
Within 24 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery containing at least 5–10 images (though it often includes many more—can’t help myself, haha).
Your final gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding date. Afterward, we’ll collaborate to design your album, select prints or products, and place your order. Once completed, your album and USB/USB-C drive will be shipped together, and typically delivered within 2 weeks of placing the order.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER

A second photographer ensures comprehensive coverage of your wedding day, capturing moments from multiple angles and perspectives. While one photographer focuses on key moments like the ceremony, the second can capture candid reactions from your guests. This approach is especially beneficial for large weddings, events held across multiple locations, or when you want to document both partners’ preparations simultaneously. A second photographer helps ensure no detail or memory is missed, giving you a richer and more complete story of your special day. Minimum 3 hours required.

PRE or POST WEDDING BRIDAL PORTRAITS

A bridal portrait session is one of the most loved add-ons for couples who want to maximize their wedding photography experience. This session gives you the freedom to wear your dress again, choose a dream location, and create portraits without time constraints, weather pressure, or a packed wedding-day schedule.

Available before or after your wedding, this session is perfect for solo bridal portraits or romantic images with your partner. It also pairs beautifully with your hair and makeup trial, turning an already special moment into a full, intentional experience while ensuring you feel confident and camera-ready on your wedding day.

Wedding weekends are about more than just one day. Rehearsal dinners and welcome events often hold some of the most meaningful, intimate moments of the entire celebration including heartfelt toasts, relaxed interactions, and the first time all of your favorite people are together in one place.

Adding rehearsal dinner or welcome event coverage allows these moments to be documented naturally, completing the story of your wedding weekend. This option is especially popular for multi-day celebrations and destination weddings, where gathering time with loved ones is just as meaningful as the wedding day itself.

This coverage pairs beautifully with your wedding gallery, offering a fuller, more intentional narrative of your experience from start to finish.
