Hi there! 

Born and raised here in Kitsap County, I have been lucky to grown up in a family of driven and hard working women. Learning from a young age the importance that drive, dedication, and pride in your work play in achieving your goals and bringing your dreams to light. My mom and grandma started Ambrosia Catering here in Kitsap over 22 years ago. I spent summers working along side them both, learning the ins and outs of business and the wedding industry along the way. After I graduated high school and my grandma retired from the family business, I took over a more prominent  roll at Ambrosia Catering and continue today as the General Manager .

I have always had a love photography! As a kid, me and my little Fuji camera went everywhere. Capturing images of family travels, food photography, and a special interest in automotive photography (as my family have always had a large interest in cars). Through school I focused on Photo Editing, Marketing and Graphic Design. This opened opportunities allowing me to work with professional photographers in the area, editing their images, and providing their clients with high quality professional results.  Over the years my photography remained a hobby. Capturing moments around me, special events for friends and family, and travels.

In 2017, my husband and I tied the knot and began our life together. Our daughter, Evelyn, was born in 2019 and a new match was struck under my desire to be behind the lens. Capturing each of her milestones brought a new found love of maternity, family, and children's portrait sessions. I began capturing these moments for friends and family, then others began reaching out. With each session the drive to make this little hobby something more grew and grew. In August of 2019, I launched Miranda Quade Photography!

Through the pandemic, I began focusing more on product and branding photography styles (seeing as how interactions with actual people were out of the question). Bringing such simple objects to life, making food and beverages pop, and creating an identity for business and brands allowed a new creative expression to take hold. As life returned to normal, I found my groove in capturing elopements & intimate weddings, couples sessions and engagements, portrait sessions (maternity, senior photos, childhood milestones), and branding sessions.

 

Though these styles of sessions are a little vague on what my lens truly captures and I am always excited to hear what a new or returning client is envisioning for their photos. I strive to capture the real smiles, emotions, and personality in each session through traditional poses and a storytelling style that captures the essence of -

you...your love...your family...your achievements...your next adventure...your brand...your products...your LIFE.
